Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes before your scheduled flight so you and everyone else in your party can sign a required liability waiver. If nobody is in the office at the time of your arrival, please make yourself comfortable as the pilot is likely out on another tour and will return soon.

*Aircraft are generally limited to up to 600 pounds per group of 3 and up to 925 pounds per group of 5. If your group exceeds these weights, please contact us and see what options are available.

Per FAA regulations, a child younger than 2 years old is required to sit in the lap of an adult. We also HIGHLY recommend that you bring ear protection for younger children as our headsets may not fit them very well.

Weather can sometimes be tricky. Flying is our business, so the decision to cancel or postpone a flight doesn’t come easy.
The pilot will make the final call as to whether or not the flight will operate and will be the best judge of conditions. The pilot will only cancel the flight if the weather is deemed to jeopardize the safety of the flight. If your flight is cancelled due to weather, we will reschedule you for a time of your choosing.

At Envi Adventures, we only fly airplanes. On all of our flights, every seat has a window, unlike some helicopters which can have middle seats making a little more challenging to see out. While helicopters are amazing machines, they are very expensive, and we want to make flying around Portland, Oregon and the Pacific Northwest affordable and accessible. Using airplanes makes us the most cost-effective way to see Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, Multnomah Falls, and more.
