The Social Media Manager will create and execute strategy for all Envi Adventures’ social media channels. They will be responsible for building the Envi community online, and developing and growing our committed fan base through exciting and engaging content across all platforms. This role is a key member of Envi Adventures that work together to grow the Envi brand and business.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of Envi’s digital strategy across all social platforms, creating strategic plans for each social channel. Identify target audiences and create relevant content that positively reflects our brand and is engaging with our fans. Make strategy recommendations for existing and new platforms.
• Management of Envi’s digital accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube etc.), actively engaging with our consumers, online and through DM.
• Build and manage monthly and annual social content calendars. Shoot and edit photos and videos, write brand copy and create social story layouts. Be the voice of Envi online, reflecting the brand tone in all copy and visual assets.
• Look for and develop brand partnerships, work closely with brand partners to create content and activations that drive engagement.
• Develop press relationships, increasing earned media mentions and ensuring relevant coverage of Envi growth like new routes launches and partnership announcements.
• Passionate about the digital landscape, stays current on trends and makes recommendations to ensure best digital practices across all platforms.

Work Environment

• Primarily remote work (Portland, Oregon metro area) with frequent opportunities to interact with others at Envi and customers.
• Go on flights as frequently as you want as long as there is space available to gather content.
• Create your own schedule (max 15 hours per week)

Minimum requirements:

• Commercial Pilot Rating
• High Performance Endorsement
• Flight experience in Portland air space
• 2nd Class Medical

• (350) hours Total Time
• (20) hours Cessna 182
• (20) hours Cessna 206

• Great customer service skills
• Flexible schedule
• Excellent decision making ability
• Comfortable as a pilot flying in various/challenging weather conditions
• Ability to understand, follow, and sometimes enforce company rules and regulations
• Ability to work with other pilots
