- Cancellations and/or changes to reservation made within 72-hours of flight are non-refundable and will be charged in full. For reservations made with discount or promo codes, please click here for more information.
- Refusal to sign a waiver prior to your flight will result in a flight cancellation and no refund will granted.
- Refusal to participate at the time of the scheduled flight will result in a cancellation with no refund granted.
- Cancellation(s) made online by customer will result in refunds being issued in the form of a non-refundable gift card for the amount paid excluding any paid taxes or fees and is non-refundable.
No show policy:
- Parties who are late by 10 minutes or more without notice are considered no-shows and refunds will not be given. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
- Parties that are late by 10 minutes or more, even with notice, may be subject to cancellation with no refund or will be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts with other scheduled flights the day of the flight. A $50 fee will apply.
- Due to other booked flights, parties that show up at the exact time of their flight may result in an automatic cancellation with no refund due to scheduling conflicts. Any rescheduling for this reason is subject to a $50 fee.
Weather cancellations:
- Weather cancellations will be made at the discretion of Envi Adventures and/or Envi crews. All flights may be subject to alternate routing if weather conditions do not permit flights along published route.
- If a flight is cancelled by Envi due to weather, your purchase may be refunded as long as you have not previously rescheduled your flight and/or do not reschedule your flight prior to requesting refund.
- Individual refund policies for promotions and discounts apply to purchases made with sales code.
- If a customer chooses to cancel or reschedule instead of take the offered alternate routing that is equal in duration or value due to weather conditions, that flight/reservation is no longer valid for a refund.
Weight Restrictions:
- If individual weights exceed maximum allowable limit as listed, your flight may be modified or cancelled without a refund.Â
- If total group weight exceeds maximum allowable limit as listed, your flight may be modified or cancelled without refund.
Aircraft are certified with a maximum allowable weight limit and for the safety of our customers and our crews, we will not exceed those limitations.Â
Rescheduling & Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellation requests made by the customer due to weather are not valid for refund.
- Rescheduling or cancellation requests made within 72 hours from departure are not valid for refund and are subject to fees (see table):
37-72 hours before flight | $50 fee |
25-36 hours before flight | $75 fee |
0-24 hours before flight | $99 fee |
- Additional requests for rescheduling/cancellation will not be valid for refund and are subject to additional fees.
- Once a flight is rescheduled, it is no longer valid for a refund.
- Reschedule requests made 12 or more months after original flight date are subject to an additional $99 fee.
- If a flight that is booked using a discount code and is cancelled online by the customer with a gift card issued, subsequent reschedules will result in a balance owed minus the amount of the gift card.

Refunds:
- Refunds will not and cannot be processed over the phone or in person with an Envi representative.
- Refunds cannot be issued for individual passengers on group flights.
- If a cancellation is processed online by the customer, a non-refundable digital gift card will be issued. Once processed, these can not be refunded.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after a cancellation request. Outside of 24 hours, you may reschedule your flight with no additional fees or be issued a digital gift card for the amount of your purchase.
- Refund requests made 12 months after a flight cancellation are unable to be refunded.
- All refund requests must be made by email at hello@enviadventures.com
- Flights that are booked through a third-party supplier such as Viator or Airbnb Experiences, refund requests must be made directly to the supplier.
- Please review refund policy regarding reservations using promotion and discount codes.
Promotions and/or Discounts:
- All purchases made with a discount or with a promotional/discount code of any amount or value are final and are non-refundable.
- All sales made during Black Friday or Holiday sale promotions are final and non-refundable.
- Individual sale/promo/discount rules apply.
Third-Party Vouchers
Third-party vouchers are defined as vouchers purchased on websites such as Groupon, Living Social, Travelzoo, etc.
- Voucher codes from third-party sellers are non-refundable once redeemed by booking a flight using voucher code.
- Voucher code from third-party sellers are forfeited and non-refundable if customer cancels flight.
- Voucher codes from third-party sellers are non-refundable on and after the voucher’s published expiration date listed on the voucher.
- Voucher codes from third-party sellers are redeemable on and after published expiration date with $99 fee applied.
Any cancelled flights are valid for a reschedule for up to 12 months after original travel date. Reschedules more than 12 months after original travel date are subject to additional charges. To reschedule, please have the booking customer fill out the rescheduling request form by clicking here. Requests made by any other individual that is not the booking customer will not be accepted.
Gift certificates and gift cards
- Gift certificate and gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
- Gift certificates and gift cards may only be redeemed when booking online through enviadventures.com.
- Gift certificates and gift cards are only valid on published flight options that are listed as available on flight schedule calendar.
- Not valid with any other offer or discount.
- Not valid with other advertised specials.
- Not redeemable for cash (“No cash value”).
- May not be sold or re-sold online.
- Subject to availability.
- Envi Adventures takes no responsible for loss or theft.
- Gift certificates expire 12 months from purchase date. Expired gift certificates may be redeemed over the phone or by email with an Envi representative with an additonal $99 fee applied.
- All customers are subject to a minimum $150 cleaning fee for any additional required cleaning of aircraft interior.
- All customers are subject to additional charges due to damage caused by passenger(s) to aircraft or Envi Adventures property and equipment. Additional charges will be based on labor for repairs and/or replacement parts with a minimum charge of $250.
- Damaged items that are subject to additional charges include but are not limited to:
- Excessive damage to aircraft seats and/or upholstery
- Excessive damage to aircraft windows
- Damage to aircraft equipment including headsets
- Damage or tampering with aircraft safety equipment such as seat-belts, individual flotation devices, fire extinguisher, etc.
- Damaged items that are subject to additional charges include but are not limited to:
- Individual will only be charged this fee if crews deem the aircraft is not suitable for a comfortable and safe flight and the aircraft will need to be taken offline for necessary repairs. If a charge is made, you will be notified, contacted, and a receipt will be sent after the card saved on file has been successfully charged.
Failure to comply with any and all Envi crew member instructions before, during, or after flight and while on Envi property may result in a full cancellation of flight with no refund being permitted.
Envi Adventures reserves the right to cancel flights for individuals/groups that are deemed unfit to fly.
