Envi Adventures flights are operated by Trinity Air, Inc, a U.S. Dept. of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration certified air carrier with its headquarters in Troutdale, Oregon. Certificate #91TA071O Envi Adventures, LLC may act as agent for its clients, by arranging flights on aircraft operated by other certified FAR Part 135 or 121 air carriers or foreign equivalent (“Operators”) to meet the needs of the client. These approved partners will maintain full operational control of charter flights at all times. Operators providing services must meet FAA safety requirements as well as additional safety standards established by Envi.

Chartering a private aircraft is the best and most efficient way to travel.   • A credit card is required to secure all charter bookings. The balance due is charged in full (14) days prior to the first flight date or at the time of booking, whichever is last.
  • The payment for each charter flight shall be due upon confirmation of each charter; payment must be received in order to confirm each flight as Envi Adventures, LLC/Trinity Air Inc cannot guarantee the availability of the agreed upon aircraft until payment has been received in full.
    If standby time is requested as part of the charter, time will be included in the total price presented. The amount of standby time requested will be notated in the trip details on the confirmation and/or invoice with the maximum number of hours allotted for the charter.
  • Additional hours outside of the requested amount will be charged at $150 per hour not to exceed total of $1,000 per day. All additional fees incurred will be due upon termination of the flight and will be charged with the payment form used at the time of purchase.
The charter price presented to the client includes all expenses of operating the aircraft over the designated routing, as well as incidental expenses such as fuel, passenger and aircraft ground handling, aircraft maintenance, airport charges, crew expenses (including salaries, per diem, hotel and ground transfers), Operator’s liability and hull insurance coverage, and taxes and fees.

CHANGES

  • Any changes to a booked charter — whether of date, time, aircraft type, party size, route, stand-by time, or other parameters — will be accommodated without additional charge at Envi Adventures/Trinity Air’s sole discretion. Clients acknowledge at time of booking that changes may result in additional charges.


CANCELLATION

  • Within 72 hours of departure = 100% of total quote
  • No-Show = 100% of total quote
